Postage & Returns

✿  Postage for all jewellery is $5, includes up to 5 items and is tracked within all of NZ. Parcels are sent via NZ courier post and will be posted ASAP but at most, within 5 working days of purchase. A tracking number will be sent via email once posted ✉

♡  In the unfortunate case that your jewellery is faulty please alert me to this within 2 weeks of purchase including photo evidence. A full refund will apply, please inform via messaging in the contact tab. The full refund amount will exclude the price of postage ✄

❤  Returns can be made if you are happy to send the jewellery back (at your own expense). No returns can be made if the jewellery is not in the condition that it was received in ☼

ღ  At Zen Blu, each parcel is sent with adequate protection, care and the jewellery is handcrafted to be long lasting. ツ However sleeping, swimming and showering in your Zen Blu is not recommended, some of the jewellery is made using super glue that may over time loose effectiveness if exposed to water❣ x
